At CS Supplements, we hope you’re thrilled with your new merch and supplements just as much as we are! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy is here to help.

How to Return an Item

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us to submit a returns application for a replacement, store credit, or refund. To initiate this process, you’ll need to provide:

  • A clear image of the issue.
  • The expiry and batch number of the product.
  • Your order number.
  • Details of the affected item.

This information must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review your returns application and respond within 2-3 working days.

Important: Please do not consume, open, use, or discard any items until we have resolved the matter.

Note: Our return policy lasts for 7 days after you receive your order. Unfortunately, if this time-frame has passed, we cannot offer a store credit for your items.


Damaged Items

If your item appears to be damaged during transit, we will open an investigation with our courier service. Please keep all packaging, as it may need to be collected for assessment.


Faulty Items

For faulty items that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, we will contact the supplier for a replacement. This process may take some time as suppliers need to investigate.

Examples of Faulty Items:

  • Issues with product integrity (e.g., hardening)
  • Faulty seals
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Holes in garments

CS Supplements does not provide full refunds or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some instances, we may require the faulty item to be returned for further evaluation.

Limitations:

  • We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund if the fault results from misuse or neglect.
  • If an item has been regularly used, it may be considered fit for purpose, and we will not offer a credit, refund, or replacement.

For faulty returns, items must be returned within 21 days of your original order and in the condition you received them.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for it to be returned and replaced at no extra cost. Please ensure incorrect items remain unopened and in their original sellable condition.

Process for Returning Incorrect Items:

  1. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item along with the packing slip.
  3. We will email you a pre-paid return label.

Once you receive the return label:

  1. Print the label and attach it to the parcel.
  2. Call 0800 COURIER for a pick-up or drop it off at any post shop.
  3. After the parcel is scanned, we’ll dispatch the correct item.

Returns must be received within 21 days of delivery to facilitate the exchange.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we can offer an exchange or credit if you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order, and the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Items must be received for return within 21 days of delivery. Items returned outside this timeframe will not be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Important Notes:

  • Dislike of flavor is considered a change of mind unless the product is expired.
  • Items must be in re-sellable condition; otherwise, we may decline the return.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number).
  • You will cover the costs of return shipping for change of mind purchases.

Final Sale Items

Items marked with a Final Sale red label may be defective and not in perfect condition (e.g., short-dated, hardened). Customers are advised to accept these items as-is based on the online description. We have a strict no return or refund policy for these items, but if you find a fault beyond what was stated, please send us a photo and description for review.


Allergies & Medical Conditions

All products are sold based on the assumption that customers have sought advice from their physician regarding product suitability. CS Supplements accepts no liability for the use or misuse of any products sold.

If you have concerns about allergens, please contact us before purchasing so we can recommend suitable products for your needs.


Processing Credits and Refunds

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 days for the return to be finalized. Refunds are only available for faulty items; otherwise, we will provide store credit.


Clearance Items

No returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds are available for clearance items, which may include products that are hardened, discontinued, or short-dated. Items labeled as ‘HARD’ and ‘CLUMPY’ may refer to the consistency of the powder. This is a safe condition to use but does not qualify for returns.


Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you experience a major failure with a product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You may be asked for identification when initiating a return, and this information will be securely stored to prevent fraud.


Proof of Purchase

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacement requests must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • CS Supplements register receipt or a clear photo of your register receipt
  • Online order confirmation
  • Financial statement showing the transaction, which may require additional proof if it doesn’t itemize clearly.

Note: Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
